Toyota Kata in the Classroom
Kata in the classroom (KiC) is a 50-minute hands-on exercise with three-minute rounds that involve assembling a small puzzle. The team follow the improvement Kata pattern to establish a goal and then experiment from round to round. Develop skills in scientific and creative thinking, collaboration and communication. We will bring all the needed materials and instructions for introducing the Improvement Kata in your classroom, through an easy-to-run, 50-minute, hands-on exercise. We will execute this workshop with 2 instructors.
