Who are you ?
I have more than twenty years experience writing software and leading software teams. I’ve been part of the core team at Stack Overflow until 2017 and am now helping teams excel working remotely at Toptal as an Engineering Manager.
What do you want to speak about at FlowCon?
We are on the verge of a revolution in the workplace, which can easily be as big as the industrial revolution of the XIX century. In this talk I will build my case, and try to look at what the future could bring.
What will make you say “waouh” at the end of the conference ?
Learning something new or better, discover challenging ideas
What will make you think that attendees have learnt a lot during your session ?
When I do well, people have lots of questions. I find that sessions are best suite to start discussions, than to end them
What is your favorite word ?
That’s gotta be « passion »
What is the sound, the noise that you love ?
“I love deadlines. I love the whooshing noise they make as they go by.”
